The 78th (Autumn 2019) China Motorcycle Parts Fair (hereinafter referred to as the “Motorcycle Fair”) opened at the Guangzhou Poly World Trade Exhibition Hall on November 13. It was hosted by China National Automotive Industry Parts Sales Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CAPSC”), affiliated with China National Machinery Industry International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SINOMACHINT”). At the opening ceremony, Wang Duyang, Senior Manager of SINOMACHINT and Director of CAPSC, delivered a speech. Other attendees included Zhang Fusheng, former Chairman of SINOMACHINT, Chen Yongfang, First-Class Researcher with the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Chu Kongduo, Researcher of the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Zhao Chuang, Secretary General of the National Convention and Exhibition Working Committee.
The China Motorcycle Parts Fair has been held for 39 consecutive years since its inception in 1981. It has been held twice a year, in spring and autumn, respectively. Based on the concept of “innovation, development and win-win goals”, the current situation and long-term plans, the organizing committee of the Fair has visited similar domestic and overseas fairs for study and publicity. The Fair was held in four large exhibition halls of the Guangzhou Poly World Trade Exhibition Hall, covering 50,000 square meters and more than 2,000 booths. The Fair attracted more than 1,000 exhibitors and gathered leading enterprises across a number of industries. All types of motorcycle parts were available at the Fair. The Fair not only offered various motorcycle parts, but also tires, lubricants, vehicle decoration products, related machinery manufacturing equipment, process equipment, new technology, new materials, maintenance equipment and protective equipment and other related products, attracting tens of thousands of domestic and overseas buyers for visit, negotiation and procurement during the Fair.
As policies restricting motorcycle usage are increasing across China, the Fair actively led participating enterprises to develop the international market and expand product sales by using its advantages, and attracted a greater number of overseas professional buyers to visit through domestic and overseas media, fairs and business associations. In recent years, the autumn Fair has been held in Guangzhou thanks to Guangzhou’s outstanding geographical and foreign trade advantages, and the urgent export demand of domestic motorcycle accessories enterprises.
The organizing committee invited representatives of some enterprises and overseas and domestic long-term supporting purchasers to participate in the Fair and other activities simultaneously. With a friendly and harmonious atmosphere, the Fair served as an efficient platform for better communication and integration of global guests and friends.
The next Fair is set to be held at the Hangzhou International Expo Center from April 26-28, 2020.
